If I could give this agent 0 STARS, I DEFINITELY WOULD. DO NOT GO HERE. I REPEAT DO NOT GO HERE. TERRIBLE SERVICE and Carol doesn't know how to do her job except for give you miscommunication about your policy. They never hold themselves accountable for the miscommunication and also neglect to elaborate on your policy, leaving you confused and uncovered at times (like me). They do not follow up and have people around that do not work there. Very unprofessional and poor quality. You're better off going to a different agent.
