Julia was amazing! First off, I didn't realize it was so hard to find a business that embroiders a single personal item. Most places I went to either only embroidered their own merchandise or commercially. I waited to the last minute, but I was determined to have a personalized doggie jacket made as a gift. The fabric was a bit difficult to work with because of the liner. It was too thick for stitch embroidery, Julia came up with another great solution using heat transfer and it came out perfectly! She emailed me the same day with a picture of what it would look like just in case I wanted to make any last minute changes. The turn around time was quick! Outstanding customer service! Thanks again Julia!!! I will definitely use Madison Top in the future.

Extremely disappointed in the size and quality of my item. The medium 1/4 zip synthetic pullover hangs at least two inches below tips of my fingers, and the material is very low quality and thin. The lettering down the arm is also sized in a way that makes it illegible, but I’m sure that’s also accentuated by the XL size of this medium I ordered.
PS no returns or exchanges, so no incentive for quality or online description to be improved.

Addendum: my response from customer service took no responsibility for the faulty item and did not apologize for the situation. My strongly worded response to this poor customer service was passed along to the staff at my organization. The owner threatened to withdraw funding from the organization over my dissatisfaction with a $20 item.

There’s a reason union print shops exist, and this is it. Buy union made!!💪

I love supporting this family owned local business! They can do just about everything you ask. I recently reached out to them to make a "fat head" photo of my daughter for her senior night celebration for volleyball. They turned out great and we were all thrilled to show them off. 🙂

This company lacks customer service and takes the easy way out when they should own up to their mistakes. They made a mistake and gave me the wrong sweatshirt, gaslit me in the situation into saying I was in the wrong, and did not admit to the mistake nor apologize. I would not support this company again. By the end, I wasn't even asking for a new sweatshirt, just some respect.

The entire staff here are AMAZING!! My son and I stopped in here in Hope's to get some Milwaukee tshirts made from our vacation weekend. We were headed home, and my son got on Google and found Madison Top!! Not only were they super friendly, helpful, and extremely accommodating, they included my son and me in the process of designing the shirts. They are VERY knowledgeable at what they do, and I would (and will) recommend them to ANYONE wanting something unique and memorable for themselves, or as a gift...they let us watch our shirts and mug being printed/engraved, and talked us through the process. Gotta say, this was one of our FAVORITE experiences on our trip, and I will place orders with them all the way from Iowa. I would highly recommend Madison Top Company. I had a T-shirt design needed to be printed for a school's competition. Dawson and his team helped me every step of the way to make sure the design, type of prints and shirts is what we wanted. The cost was very affordable too. We were quoted for a week turnaround time but it was done in 4 days. Very easy to work with and I appreciate the fast turnaround time.
