Very spooky scary and the longest haunted experience I've been to. It took about an hour to walk through the entire thing and wawaweewa was it a good time. Heads off to you and your spooky crew. 🎩💀

We showed up at 720 with pre-purchased tickets. There weren't that many people in line when we arrived I'd say maybe 50-60. It took an hour and 45 mins to get inside. By the time we got up to the front we were over it. I'm pretty sure they had a tranny working the entrance and they kept sending one person in at a time. Like why? Once we got inside it seemed like another junkyard walkthrough (this seems to be a recurring theme with haunted houses in the area).The moving bridge, possessed kitchen, and exorcist knock off room were cool. The church, clowns, followed by an annoying maze that the actors don't direct you out of also seems to also be a recurring theme with the haunted houses in the area. I would say if you're going to do it get a fast pass but I honestly don't think it's worth the money. Hopefully next year more thought and money is put into the haunt. It had the potential to be cool.

I've always had a good time when attending! I've been going since they were located in a parking lot in council bluffs years ago! I know the night I went this year they were short on actors, but the ones who showed up gave their all and made a very fun scary night for my mom and I!

Well, what can I say? I wish this could go higher than five stars because Whether your looking for a fun time with family or your looking to make some new friends, ive been acting here for 6 seasons and its always a blast the people there so welcoming and really make you feel like family

The haunt is awesome and you never know what to expect You can definitely tell that they are all about the customer experience. Attention to detail is top notch. Plus, you can’t beat the ticket prices. They are much cheaper than any other haunt around

Easily a place I call my second home! Madness has been nothing but good things since I started acting there 9 years ago. The growth this haunt has gone through over the years is second to none and would recommend it to anyone looking for a good scare in the Omaha metro area

I want to preface this by sayin I don’t blame the actors at all for my experience but instead the fact that we were sold tickets for such a disappointing experience. I’ve come to madness twice before and the last time I went was great there wasn’t many people so we got in within 30 minutes and got to have a great experience with the actors and be able to interact with them while still keeping the scare presence. This time though we were sold tickets which the person who sold them was also great but they have no indication of the wait that we’d have to endure. Overall we waited over 2 and 1/2 hours to get into the actual haunted house. The line moved EXTEEMLY slowly to the point many people got out of line to go buy a fast pass, which only made the wait time longer for everyone else. The first time I went to madness before we bought tickets they told us that it was a 3-4 hour wait to get in so obviously we didn’t go if we had known this now that would also have been the case instead the sold us the tickets just to give us a lowkey experience. Once we got in it was clear that it was nothing like the first time. We were aware that they technically closed at midnight and we didn’t get in till 12:15 this meant that there were hardly ANY actors there and the ones there were trying to rush you through so that they could go home. When comparing this to my last experience they were nothing alike most of the places were empty of anyone working, I’m assuming they left since they were technically off their shift understandably so, the at the end the smoke room was horrendous. I can’t compare to the last time since I didn’t go in before I also understand that the point of this room is to confuse you and stuff like that but you were in there for a long time with the actors giving very little direction due to the fact they kept letting people in simply to get the to leave faster this meant you were sitting in an EXTREMLY smoky room for up to around 15 minute overall this was the cherry on top of my bad experience. I think they should have warned us of the wiat and not charged the normal 25 dollars for a much more lousy experience that we wait 4x the amount of time for. Comparing my trip this time to my last experience is extremely disappointing.

Waited over an hour to get in. Unfortunately there's too much dead space and large portions that are just junk on the ground. Needs many more scare actors or props. There's so much potential here and many missed opportunities. The people in front of us were very entertaining though lol. The police officer standing by the door flirting and taking pictures with the underage girls was icky.

Very amateur especially for the price. Me and my friends are very easily scared however, at this haunted house, we had no troubles, completing the walk. Was definitely looking for something more worth the money.
