Whoever owns the property has let it fall into disrepair. Many of the stores are empty. The few stores that are open are only accessible from outside entrances. The place is a dump.

Our mall is garbage. I went in it recently for the first time in years and there was nothing in there anymore. There was only two stores left in there. It’s just a bunch of wasted potential. What’s the point of having a mall if there’s no place to shop? Can’t we use all that space for something more useful? They can’t even afford to keep the fountains running anymore.

It's empty. Bath and body is pretty the much all they have inside mall and the workers just stand around as nobody goes there. They do have hobby lobby but when you go to a mall you want 5o be able to access the entire mall from within not have to go outside for every different place youbwant to look at

This place is absolute trash and the mall and their staff are completely ignorant of the Americans with Disabilities Act! The so called mall receptionist yelled across the mall at my wife for having her service dog with her and continued to harass her. This is absolute harassment and we have filed a complaint with US Dept of Justice and in contact with lawyers.

Wish our mall was better. very few stores left and more are leaving. Year's ago it was a bustling mall. with space rent so high and online shopping small shops can't stay open which is why several nice shops are now closed. stop shopping online and shop local.

It's as much as you'd expect from a mall in the heart of Iowa: 6 or 7 stores and a lack of people in attendance. It's nice if you're on a mission and know what you need is here but this wouldn't be the place to plan a full on shopping trip.

I wish I could rate the mall higher than this, but there are literally only a handful of shops even open there now which makes shopping difficult. The JC Penny had some great deals and my wife looked in the Bath and Bodyworks. Other than that, there isn't much left open anymore. It was clean and well lit, but just not much of going for it in a traditional shopping mall sense.

It is sad watching this mall go from packed full on a weekend in my youth to having more walkers than shoppers. I have many fond memories as a child being excited to go to the arcade and so many stores, venders and food stands. Now it is like a ghost town and I have no reason to go accept for bath and body works.
