My husband and I just want to express our appreciation for Josh and Martelle Communications. The storm fried out all of our equipment this past Saturday. My husband and I both work from home so we can't work without internet. Josh had us back online less than an hour after they opened up on Monday morning. Sometimes people complain when the internet goes out, but honestly compared to the big guys our internet has a really high uptime and when we have a problem there is an actual human around to care about it and get it fixed quickly. Thank you so much!

Of all the channels I receive, 22 have picture, no sound, sound but no picture, or sound with a big green box covering everything. And now their website isn't working. After hours, leave a message and maybe someone contacts you, depending how busy he is. Sadly, the only other option is satellite. No whole home DVR available. I'm paying for channels that have zero programming. Others glich so often, it's unwatchable.
