She put in so much extra time for us and worked extremely hard to show our property at its very best, going above and beyond what we had hoped for. It was as if we were her only clients! Mary went above and beyond my expectations as the selling agent for my Goleta condo. Since I was in located in San Diego, she efficiently coordinated all aspects of the badly needed renovation (new paint, appliances, countertops, flooring, hardware & closets). With her impeccable taste, she suggested products that were stylish and timeless, but somehow economically priced, too. Mary also marketed my condo so beautifully with both photos and a virtual tour. This was capped off by her hosting a very busy open house. We were in escrow with an offer that was way above my expectations that first Sunday night (post open house). During escrow she was always available for status or questions, and many times provided sage advice. Anything real estate, Mary is my go to person.
