I have recently experienced some life-threatening health issues for which I was seen in the ER on multiple occasions. The doctors were professional, consulted appropriately with colleagues in Rochester, and transferred me there via helicopter efficiently when necessary. I was treated with respect at all times. I am so thankful that we have this local resource and that it is affiliated with the best hospital and clinic in the world. They literally saved my life.
The only issue I have is that primary care is booking months out. I do hope that Mayo is looking into solutions to expedite patient appointments.

Over $1000 for a quick checkup to have a prescription refill is RIDICULOUS!!!!
They call you to make the appt. They request blood work prior to your appt thats not covered by your insurance. Day of, they send you for another blood draw when it should have been drawn with the first one. (again...not covered by your insurance, but charge full price) Did I mention it was over $500 for ONE of them labs?! Over $300 charge for an office visit! At least the insurance paid for the dr part. They put you on medication that isn't covered by insurance so you cancel out on it. They don't care what it costs for you, just so they get their money. Like many other reviews on here, its time for a new dr that isn't trying to take my paycheck for a simple checkup!

Update: 2/11/25 : sick with Influenza A, another charge of $330 for just an office visit and $250 just to test for it = $500+ for cold. That doesn't include the prescription paid. I called to setup a payment plan (with Jaime) and she hung up on the moment its setup! Disrespectful and very unprofessional!

I gave this place five stars because of the nurses that worked the last weekend in September. Krysta and Angie thank you for your amazing care and concern for my comfort. You both deserve this. Thank you

Do not ever go here, love yourself and go to Hudson physicians, health partners or Allina. This clinic will abuse you, dismiss you, and treat you horribly, just make the extra drive and skip Mayo you'll thank me. I went in several times for abdominal pain for years kept getting told I'm crazy, it's just the flu, I had gallstones and it was infected, I had a ripped ovary and endometriosis spread to my colon, a week before my hysterectomy at health partners they did a vaginal ultrasound and I was bawling because of pain, nurses held me down and wouldn't stop and told me I was being a baby, they said my ovaries were fine but one was ripped so no way they saw it, my fiance was screaming at them to stop. Seriously don't go here!!!!!!!!

Went to the ER at 2am because I had severe neck and head pain. I also had a clear round, bullseye rash on my arm. A week before this I had a tick in the same place. The ER doctor told me I looked “fine” and had cellulitis when I clearly had a tick rash and all the symptoms of Lyme Disease. I did get him to test me for Lyme disease which obviously came back positive. Terrible experience in the ER.

Don't appreciate required questionnaires in advance of medical appointments that ask about my gender preferences, food security, and a whole range of invasive questions that are none of the Mayo's business. That, and a continued increase in bureaucratic disfunction (less healthcare, more waiting, etc.)

Over booked all the time, takes too long. Feels like the Walmart of hospitals... sure you can get seen for a lot of things but the quality is typically low.

Negative experiences in the er.

However, Rachael Taylor, a PA, was the most compassionate provider I have seen in a very long time. She didn't rush the appt, she thoroughly and thoughtfully listened and came up with a plan. I don't necessarily like going to the dr but this experience with her makes me realize that there still are some out there who don't just go to med school bc of the status it gives them- some do genuinely care.
