Made one phone call talk to a real person without being put on hold. Schedule to have my property checked and they showed up on time with no reservations. New fiber should be put in in the next week, absolutely the kind of people I want to work with. People being the keyword!

I don't know what happened to Steven in his review, but I have had internet from this company for over a year now and its amazing. Same price every single month(big brand name internet companies in the past always increased monthly price on me) they came and installed the cables and routers exactly how I asked them too. I have had consistent 110 Mbs internet with no lag drops or outages. Easiest internet company I have ever dealt with.

They are simply utter garbage. We have had them out to fix problems multiple times for the same issues, constantly. If it were just lightning knocking the internet out and it needing fixed that would be one thing, however they only have two "technicians" and both have openly admitted to me in person that neither of them know what a NAT setting is. Seriously, that is basic networking. 90% of today's population can tell you all three NAT settings, and what they do.
They openly take advantage of several older family members lack of knowledge of the internet that live in town and repeatedly sell them broken equipment and then tell them some story about how the world has moved to a new type of something or another and then sell them a new router among other things. When one of my family members does have something working and lightning knocks something out, I have seen them on multiple occasions tell them that they can no longer hook the router model they had up again and that they need a newer one.
THESE GUYS ARE TERRIBLE, HAVE NO CLUE WHAT THEY ARE DOING AND THEY ARE EXTORTIONISTS!!! GO WITH SOMEONE ELSE IF YOU HAVE ANY OTHER OPTION!
I am getting Dish Networking or Comcast Xfinity as soon as possible. Opposite to popular belief Dish is available ANYWHERE in the city limits, and Xfinity is available in town. (Not rural Mechanicsville as far as I am aware.)

Went with my daughter for trunk or treat she had so much fun and got tons if treats it was fun to see all the cute costumes, it was a fun event put on by the community.
