Happy! This place is just as good as it used to be and honestly the prices and selection are a LOT better than I remember. It's a little hard to get in the parking lot but it's totally worth it. The employees are kind and the manager of the place obviously works hard and I can't wait to see where this place goes from here!

Good selection of blu-rays and even 4K DVDs, and at good prices. Things were well organized and in good condition - I appreciate that it's sorted alphabetically (at least Blu-rays and shows are, I ran out of time to look at the regular DVDs).

Horrible service. The “ Manager“ has an attitude. We bought a game here and he refused to return it. It doesn’t work on the DS. Such a waste of money. Don’t shop here!
We called ahead of time to make sure it can either be fixed or returned. Since we bought it there six days ago. They claim that they can look up the receipt since we didn’t have it. We drove all the way there just to be told by the so called manager that they can’t help because we don’t have the receipt. Such a waste of time. I do not recommend.

In response to reply: what I was told and what I experienced were two different things. If you had properly trained staff that didn’t give out misinformation this issue would have never happened and you would still have customers.

Sad. Used to be an amazing experience in the old location. The new location is dull and the inventory of retro games is pitiful. I went to the old location frequently and they ALWAYS had tons of inventory. No idea what happened, but I won't go there again.

Horrible customer service, rude employees. Brought a nicely stacked tub of dvds in for an appraisal and they offered me 15 cents a dvd, they wanted to open my new sealed in pack dvd sets, and the 20-30 minute wait time turned in to 2.5 hours. 4 employees working, 2 doing busy work while the one assessing mine was ringing up customers while I stood there and waited. I highly recommend starting away from this store and will NEVER purchase from them. Totally opposite the Brookfield store. What a waste of time driving 40 minutes each way to get treated like this, almost not getting my lid back, and the employee literally throwing my dvds back in like this. Just horribly rude.

I love this store for buying physical media. However they are supposed to offer a "Disc Resurfacing" service. They have failed to deliver this service countless times. I've been in on several occasions now, and their resurfacer is never on or working. Really disappointing in that aspect.

Prices for media are fair. DVD's retro games, Music CD's, Blueray, etc

If I could be extra picky, their music CD's need to be organized. But, they did move in less than 6 months ago.

A wonderfully large selection of different types of media.....DVDs, Blue Ray, various games of different systems, vinal records, CDs.........the only draw back is that they don't have a working catalog system.
