I went in the other day for a problem with my phone asking for prices Val the Hispanic worker took a look at my phone then imported my number.... again I didnt want to go with metro I was checking prices I did purchase 30 online but wanted a refund he refused. Told him I would come back and I ended up going with another carrier. called him a week after over the phone stating I need my number back he was very rude called me a liar and told me he doesn't know me and cant get me the account information and cant help help me. So went to the slo store the girls there where awesome got me the account number and pin transfer. Please don't go to this store in grover he a crook and he will lie and accuse you of lieing. I would give them 0 stars.

My husband has had Metro for Soo long now that his profile in their system receives promos the company can't even find a code for so that they could be to applied to our account!! (Not a bad place to be)!! Naturally when I met my husband and knew we were done sampling the menu, I joined his metro account and we added a line. Not only do we have the ABSOLUT LOWEST PRICED, MOST FEATURES INCLUDED, BEST DEAL OF A LIFETIME(the kind you don't want to change because there is no finding our price w/ features ever again), we well I gained Val who helps us with anything we ever need or want which my husband has had the whole time he has been with metro. But seriously he is a huge asset to metro and an awesome business owner who makes it so that as long as he owns and runs his 2 stores GB and SLO (broad and Branch st) we will never take our business elsewhere! Thanks for everything Val! See you soon it's about time for an upgrade (:

Don't go here my boyfriend was told he could purchase a tablet and have its own line we have had this tablet for a full year we payed the bill over the phone because the employee at the store didn't give us a pin number so just recently I needed to go onto the account and I managed to get into to it and when I did I seen that there was a second account after speaking to numerous representatives we discovered that we've been paying not only our tablet but someone else's phone this whole entire time we were also told in order to have a line for the tablet you have to have a phone line which we weren't informed !

I had a payment processing issue. I went in and asked for help. And when I was handed a phone and offered to call customer service, Val walks in! Val asked for the phone, hung it up, and fixed my problem himself. Val is always there usually and has helped out many times. Thanks again, Val.
