I needed help with my failing laptop in May of 2021. Mike was able to diagnose the problem and replace the hard drive within 24 hours of dropping off my laptop. He made a recommendation for the type and size of the new hard drive based on the type of files I had on my computer. Not only was Mike knowledgeable and professional, the cost of repairs was very reasonable. I highly recommend Mike and Milwaukee PC in Mequon.

This is the second computer I have purchased from Milwaukee PC in Mequon. The first one lasted 9 years. Mike Laudani is the manager at the Mequon store. He was great to work with. He built the machine and set things up and transferred data exactly as I asked him. He also came to my home to help set things up there. His customer service was terrific and I highly recommend him and Milwaukee PC

I needed to get an internal battery replaced on a Toshiba laptop that was not holding a charge. The battery was internal so it was a little too tricky for me to try myself. I ordered the battery on Amazon and brought it in. They replaced it right away for under $50! In contrast, Best Buy Geek Squad was quoting nearly $200. Milwaukee PC provided A+ service all the way.

We were really in a bind to get our computer up and running again. I took it to Milwaukee PC in mequon and Mike the manager jumped on it right away. I had a fully operational computer back and running 2 hours later at a very fair price I highly recommend using Mike at this branch for any of your computer needs.

Matt is amazing!!! I have had a couple issues with my PC (imma full time student and i stream so I use my computer a lot!) and every time, Matt has helped me fix it so fast and has given me tips and tricks to keep it going strong! This is the BEST place to get your computer repaired!!!
