I came in from off the street and out of state having not been able to get my custom printing done at a price I was happy with. I emailed a picture of my item and we went back and fourth over a couple proofs and then it was done! They even shipped them to me since I had left town. I can’t say enough great words about the service and quality I received at Minuteman. Andrea was extremely pleasant and helpful and Leann took my ideas and put it altogether which surpassed all expectations. My item was processed very quickly. I will go back for future needs! Highly recommended!

Minuteman Inc just saved the day this past weekend! I needed to print the programs for my daughters wedding and had not gotten it done. I called them on Friday morning in a bit of panic just wanting to solve my problem. They easily and happily took care of my needs, created a few extra things I needed, and had it all done and ready to pick up in just a few hours. Glad to have this service in the Marshalltown area!!

Been to this establishment twice this month to have old documents printed. They were up to the challenge, very friendly and fairly priced. They were quality conscious and printed my copies only after they made the necessary enhancements until they were satisfied. Will be my go to shop.

We've used Minuteman many times for things like color copies and laminating of newspaper articles and cardstock flyers. Even when they have multiple customers standing at the counter with various projects, they're very efficient, do a great job, and have reasonable prices.

Store personnel are Great and their printing Service is very Good!
Now the Bad, and its Not their Fault, but it IS FedEx Fault. They use & abuse Minuteman as their Terminal Pick Up for packages here in Marshalltown.
FedEx is scheduled to pick up here at 3:30pm and they followed this rule for years until a Hispanic Driver Decided to Blatantly Break this rule everytime he comes early to pick up packages. He Started coming 15 minutes early, then 30 minutes early and now he arrives 1 HOUR Early at 2:30pm. When questioned about his arrogant behavior coming early, he proudly states that he comes when he feels like it, even if he causes multiple packages to be picked up a day late! Is FedEx afraid of Minorities? Are they Afraid if they discipline this one driver that he'll hit them with a Discrimination Suit? There are 5 of us weekly customers now that NO Longer care to use FedEx to deliver packages for us any longer. How much more in business Losses will this Hispanic cause FedEX, before they FIRE HIM? He Needs to be Fired for his rebel behavior and cavalier attitude about his job!!! He is continually getting away with this and costing his company Hundreds of dollars of Profit each month!! Why does FedEx Not Care about putting customers ahead of these kind of drivers! Why does FedEx ignore this behavior from bad drivers!

Stopped by to print 15 invitations. Disappointed they could not be printed on the spot. Was told they could be done by the afternoon. Was only going to be in town for a few hours. Stopped by on the way out of town and still not done.

I've left a couple FedEx packages there now and they've been delivered without issue. Staff are always pleasant. No complaints so far.
