I had a great experience at minute man. I placed a rush order during Christmas as my current provider was taking too long and I needed back up products for my clients. I paid extra for the rushed order but they helped me right away and accommodated my last minute request which reflects the name of this business pretty well. I’ll keep coming back with some other projects I have. It was nice working with them and they have excellent customer service. Strongly Recommended!

Minuteman Press went above and beyond for our event downtown! Upon forgetting our handouts in KCMO, we had to not only order new handouts for an event, but have them delivered to a random confrence room that the event was going on in! The whole process took less than 4 hours and they didn't overcharge us for the emergency (when we would have deserved it LOL.)

Had never dealing with a funeral or someone passing away, I had no idea the steps to take or who did what. A family member volunteered to do the program, but then couldn’t deliver leaving it to me to take on. And the funeral home couldn’t produce exactly what I wanted to memorialize my father in such a short turn around. I knew I’d have to then find a way to do what I wanted myself for my dad.

After calling a printer I had dealt with for something else in the past I thought I would have had a better experience. I didn’t. I took my business elsewhere with MinuteMan and I am extremely grateful I did. In a time of grief and mourning a man by Octavio “OT” answered the phone and he was so helpful and patient. I had the PDFs ready for my dad’s trifold front and back funeral program, they did the actual formatting with just my PDFs already prepped through my shared Canva link.

I couldn’t be more grateful for their quick turnaround and adaption to new century technology. They most certainly live up to their name “Minute Man”. I would recommend anyone to them! They will forever be a part of my father’s story.

My mailer project got a little behind and the guys at Minuteman Press Downtown were able to get all the cards printed before 5:00 pm on a FRIDAY! Super shout out to Octavio, he is the one that made it happen. I will be bringing all my print business to them from here on out. Quality, fast service and friendly, too! I’m definitely a big fan now!

I first called Minuteman Press and spoke with John. I explained that I was in the process of doing a Home Show. Having never done one, I didn't know really where to start. Mr. John reassured me of his experience with Home Shows and understood what I would want.

I called right back and spoke to Octavia. He was my point man. He was prompt in getting me competitive quotes and kept in touch when needed. He's very knowledgeable and helpful. I went over in hopes that it might be easier to send images or anything they needed in order to make it easier for them because I was in a time crunch. I didn't have weeks, only days.

Mr. John asked me to sit with Amelia, his graphic designer. She went over and beyond. She was amazing to work with. There was a lot of designing on Amelia's part. She sat patiently as I explained what I would like. About 12 hours later, she emailed proofs for me to review. They were impressive. Next, Mr. John met with his team and assured them we were on schedule, although tight, everything would be done on time.

My situation was, first, I wanted to do a Home Show. I didn't have but one banner that was pre-made with a file. I didn't know where to begin. Less than 72 hours later, I had 2 beautiful full-color banners, One large 10x8 banner, 4 embroidered shirts, 100 nice printed t-shirts, a table cover, and cards and I'm probably missing something.

The entire team, although busy taking care of other customers on the phone and in person, also, found time to make me feel important and get everything I needed, done! Within that 72 hours, everything was completed beautifully. I was under a tight timeline. There was a lot of moving pieces. However, they delivered effortlessly.

The service I received from this location was fantastic. Jeff and the staff worked hard to meet the deadline I had set to get the job done. The final product was of high quality and better than I expected actually. Prices are very fair. Although my job wasn't "huge" and probably didn't bring them a lot of business money wise they still treated me as if I was important and that my business mattered to them. I will be a repeat customer and do not hesitate to recommend them for printing and related services!
