I and my family were long time customers of previous owners. First experience with new owners was complete waste of time and money (thankfully not a lot). I asked if they could make a print of something. They said yes. When I picked it up, it looked terrible. I told them it didn't look good enough for me to use. They said sorry and charged me full price. I threw it straight in the trash. Edit: you did do business exactly as described though. It wasn't a lot of money thankfully, a cheap lesson for me. It feels creepy that you try to find out who left a bad review rather than learning from it and moving on.

I decided to run an every door direct mail campaign for the Holidays in 2024, the first time I ever tried an EDDM campaign.
Bill busted his butt to prepare my 12,000 piece mailing, going above and beyond great customer service to have my mail delivered before Thanksgiving. Bill made the process as easy as pie for me and the large postcard was beautifully printed and delivered on time to the post office. I would have been lost if I did not have Minuteman Press in Green Bay to count on. My target market response was over 400% higher for the same period in 2023!

Wanted to get some flyers printed and brought a jump drive. Once someone came to help she told me no jump drives I would have to email it to them. She kept telling me just to email to the business and didn't want me to email it to her directly even though her business card was first in line. Then I see packets of work orders sitting on the counter and guess what? Yep, jump drives in the packets. They obviously do not want my business. As a new business in the area I thought I would give my neighbor a chance but obviously they are too busy to help. I will take my business elsewhere.

Customer Service is so critical in today's business world! Today, I had an incredible experience at Minuteman Press. I needed a very large number of documents to faxed to complete a business transaction. I contacted a few of the higher reviewed local businesses. Michael was very helpful - upon receiving my email requesting a quote, he actually called me to verify the details of what I needed. I did not receive any other responses like that from the 3 other places I requested quotes from. Two of them never even responded at all! And when I went to pick up my order, he was very friendly and wanted to be sure I was happy with the order which, by the way, was completed in two days - very quick turnaround!

Great customer service and a great product at a very reasonable price - I would use Minuteman Press again in a heartbeat!
