Used to go here often during the pandemic, but as they have gotten more popular I’ve seen the film service go downhill. I would pay $27.99 for film development and receive high quality, crystal clear scans and they were always incredible. Now I have had two rolls from them come back not nearly as good as I expected, the last one fuzzy and not even cropped properly, one of my scans had a corner missing and bars of nothing on the sides. I know it isn’t a camera problem, because underdog in Oakland sends my film back just fine (for almost $10 cheaper). I like Montclair and the area and it’s a bummer that I have had to pivot to other options for film development.

Really helpful folks who did a great job with my passport photo. Only took 30 minutes for photo to be developed and printed. I would definitely recommend them if you need a passport photo taken.

Not great for film. Shots come back fuzzy, and they don't stick to their timelines. Went to pick up at the very end of their expected range and they still weren't ready and did not notify me they weren't ready, so had to come back another day. Got my film developed at another lab and it came back visibly better, within a shorter timeframe, and for a lower price.

Good experience with developing, put the prints came back with a significant bend the last two times I went! Was told that that’s just how they come out of the machine. Will be looking for somewhere else for photo printing needs.

I feel incredibly lucky to live close to one of the few brick and mortar photo shops in the bay. Truly a gem. I get all of my developing done here. Sometimes I have one shot left on a roll of film so I take a picture of the front of the place.

First time using a film camera and went here to get two rolls developed. I received my scans earlier than promised and within 24 hours (!!). Due to user error, only a few pictures were successful and I reached out to them to confirm. They were able to locate my negatives and identify issues they think could’ve came up with my lack of experience and type of camera I have. Thankfully they gave me some advice for next time and gave me some credit for my unsuccessful pictures. Will definitely be returning soon!

I got my passport photos taken here and it's a wonderful business. They were so kind and professional as soon as I walked in the door. They went above and beyond to make sure my photos were compliant with the US passport photo rules. The pictures were such high quality, I'm tempted to use them as my LinkedIn profile!
