I LOVE Narberth Bookshop!! I live in FL and every time my family and I go to PA, our 1st stop is this store. I wait ALL year to buy my hard covers and calendars here, because they have the best books and the coolest merch (don’t even get me started on the tote bags!!). If you’re looking for relevant, liberal-minded books, this is the best place to get them. BUT if woke/leftist writing isn’t your thing, they also have a vast selection of other great reads to choose from! Personally, I always make a beeline for the graphic novels 🙂 📚

Wonderful to have this independent local bookstore serving our community! Though it has a relatively small physical footprint, they carry a nice swath of different book options and I’ve had a great experience with having them order books for me that they didn’t have in stock at the time I went by. Love supporting this wonderful community staple and hope Narberth Bookshop will be around as a centerpiece of our community in the years to come! The employees I’ve interacted with have all been friendly and helpful and have been able to meet the book needs I have when I have gone in! My absolute favorite indie bookstore. There is truly nothing like walking into a neighborhood bookstore… discovering and discussing what’s new and interesting. The owner, Ellen, is a total delight. And her employees are always kind and helpful. If I could give this shop 100 stars I would!!!

Love this book shop. Smaller store, but great selection. Very well curated . They will order anything that they do not have stocked, and books come in very quickly. If you buy a membership (as I do), you’ll get a generous discount on anything that needs to be ordered. Staff is very friendly and knowledgeable . My favorite indie book shop .

This is one of my favorite places to visit (and consequently my wife's least favorite place for me to visit). I always find a book that I am interested in reading and I loved having the ability to walk to a book shop. The ability to order books is wonderful and the staff are always friendly. So happy this store is in our town.

My favorite place to get the latest cookbook, my sons favorite to find WW2 memoirs, my daughter loves to browse the graphic novels and my husband loves the SciFi… and if its not in stock, a quick order and pick up usually within a day or 2. Not to mention, just emailing to see if you have a local author! And you DID, putting it on hold for me. LOVE this place!!

It feels like a carefully curated selection of extremely good quality material. I hate going into a huge bookstore and being overwhelmed by every book under the sun. That’s what I love about a small bookstore like this. I can go in having no idea what I want to read and blindly picking literally anything off the shelf. It turns out being my new favorite book. Every. Time.
