Being an NCompass TV Dealer has been fabulous. But the very first day we were obviously nervous and that’s where Patrick came in and calmed our nerves! He walked us through every part of setting up our business and taught us the first few training webinars. Brian in tech has done a great job getting us ready to handle tech issues and do installs successfully. Lindsay, Jocelyn, and the creative team help us every week with new ads and revisions. With Mark and Sean’s expertise on DMS we have gained knowledge to offer our clients several options of advertising with us. We can’t forget about Jeff. He helped us get our first 9 screens installed that turned quickly into 12 because of referrals. Even the CEO Don has spoken with us several times and genuinely listens to us and wants us to succeed.
