I work as a yard spotter for Nestle. If you are coming in to pick up a load, make sure that your reefer unit is set for -10. If your trailer isn't down to 0, at the gate, you will be turned away until it is.
If you miss your appointment time, you will be a work in. We can't make other drivers late because you were. Those are company policies.

Prime Inc Driver: Appointment 1/31 1700 - 2/1 23:59. Bring washout receipt (Fables Truck Wash down the road) & pre cool trailer to -10. Plenty of room on the on ramp off of the Fables truck wash while you wait for your trailer to cool again.

Our notes say if you have a window, you have to show up at the beginning of your window as that is when your actual appointment time is. Showing up past that you'll be considered a work in. Needless to say we were a work in lol. Showed up at 1900. They immediately gave us a dock and they took about an hour to load.

Overall will come again. Loaded even first time.

Check in with security, back into the dry dock, turn in paperwork, get green light after 20 minutes. Get signed paperwork from receiver. Check out with security. One hour and 7 minutes. Start to finish. And they took me 1 hour ahead of my appointment time. Nice!!

Professional. Fast loading 1 hour.
*****Trailers must be precooled**** before entering the facility at given temperature. Otherwise you have to leave and come back after your trailer reaches the given temperature.

Semi drivers picking up loads: Come in precooled at your appointment time. Set your reefer to -10, you won’t be loaded until it’s at 0 or below. Trailer interior needs to be clean, no blood or hand jacks. The yard isn’t that big, so there’s not a lot of room. There’s no “three spots to park” like another poster said. There is a truck stop a mile and a half away, so you’ll possibly be sent there, especially if you’re too early. Try to arrive an hour before your appointment.
