I've had my website for 3 years now, and I wouldn't change providers. I've had the occasional issue along the way. However, they have a great customer service department that alway resolve any issues quickly. The website generates lots of new business. I would definitely recommend!!

This is the email I have sent to them

I am writing to express my serious concerns regarding charges made to my credit card by your company. I was charged £358.80 for Google Business verification, a service that I have since learned is free directly from Google. Given this misleading information, my trust in your services has been compromised.

In addition to this charge, I have also been billed £838.80 for search engine optimisation services and £118.80 for a domain name. As a result, I am requesting a full refund for the total amount of £1,316.40 (£358.80 for Google verification, £838.80 for SEO, and £118.80 for the domain name).

If I do not receive a prompt resolution, I will involve my credit card company to dispute these charges and terminate our contract.

Please confirm receipt of this email and provide a timeline for the refund process. I look forward to your immediate response and resolution of this matter.

started off as 99 pound website. Iv been chosen as a way to help small business and for then to have there name passed around. To paying nearly 2k in the first month based on the website needed upgrades or it wont work.. web site is still not to my satisfaction , as they know best .. moved my domain name over and they set up a new inbox and sent my login details to the new inbox. For 14 days i didn’t receive an email to my original inbox , not knowing that this had happened. They have no rush to fix this orther then me phoning and complaining.. Thats 14 days of customers emailing me, quotes being lost and loosing work. Companies invoices mist and charges added, Not alone the stress of me working hard and fixing this at the same time. As soon as i have enough money im leaving them.

We had our website built with this company and everything was fine within the first couple of week, that much so that we recommended New World Digital Media to our sister company, who paid over £1500, straight away our sister company had an issue with them wanting more money for extra services from day dot. After a few weeks with us we started getting getting calls to upgrade our website even though we explained why we wanted a website, not for sales purpose just for company's to see that we was a running company. Our sister company's website is still not live, contacted them and explained the situation and all they do is contradict themselves on the phone. We ourselves have tried to move away from the company and now they are telling us that we need to pay for the domain name even though we had a domain name to start off with. Terrible company to deal with, one hand doesn't know what the other one is doing.

AVOID at absolutely all costs! They are the most dishonest, money grabbing company I’ve ever come across. Promised the world just so they could secure my business but failed to deliver on anything. Even once they secured my business and I expressed my disappointment, they’re only focus was to try and sell me more services that I didn’t want or need. Customer service is appalling with a few very rude members of staff who I was shocked even managed to get a job with the way they spoke to me! Asked for a refund and then even just a part refund as they didn’t provide the service they promised but they refused.

Seems like I’m not the only one in this boat with the reviews they have. This is by far the worst company I’ve ever dealt with in any form of business and I would strongly urge all to stay away - unless you like throwing money away that is.

I dont understand the negative reviews. I have had a website built by New World Digital and they have been nothing but helpful thought out the whole process.

Josh who designed the site for me has been so easy to talk to and has been extremely helpful with the little tweaks I wanted made. He has a lot of knowledge and brilliant design skills.

My initial call was with Nisha who was very helpful and I can contact her when necessary and she gets things done within a day or two.

Would definitely recommend New World Digital for your website build.

Was quoted £99 + VAT for a website, was told completion in January, in January was told had to pay more, the company then said I wouldn’t have to pay more due to being miss quoted. February, then March still no website, was told constantly that they would complete it never did. Still waiting now in August for the website, decided to use a different company, website has been built in no time at all and for a fraction of the price they quoted in total. Communication is appalling, avoid at all costs. Company has since refused to refund me & we are now taking this further.
