Rude women when it comes to printing. Go to the UPS Store next door. UPS actually wants your business and has better products for printing.

I went in for a free box from usps to ship some products. While I was there, I decided to see how much it would cost to ship it from there versus driving to UPS. I went to get in line and a woman was in front of me. There was a woman behind me as well and I asked if she was waiting to be checked out. She said no, but they were. I looked in the direction she was looking at and there were four more people in a line. You couldn't tell where the actual line was supposed to start. So I got in line behind all of them until a man opened another register. I was the second in line and when I asked him if he could help me with shipping, I was told that I would have to go back to the other line. Thankfully, it had gone down and it was only a minute before I was waited on. I felt sorry for the woman because there were so many steps from one machine to the next that she had to push buttons on. I can only imagine how many miles she walks everyday. So it took longer to get my package shipped just to save a couple of dollars instead of driving across town past the university and waiting in a long line where you get in and out surpringly quickly. So I don't know which choice I'll make next time.

Had an issue with a FedEx package that was not delivered this past Christmas. Came in contact with manager Chris Lewis. Mr. Lewis was very professional and help resolve my issue quickly and efficiently. He was very personable and very knowledgeable about my situation. Nowadays, this is very hard to find, let alone receive as a customer. I know Chris is a great asset to your company. Thank you so much Chris for being a professional and just a all around great person.

I was going to do a job in Northport, Alabamaand decided since Office Depot was in the area I would pick up needed ink and a filing system for my daughter's business and I found everything I needed. The service I received at the register was very good.

Some blonde girl at business services completely ignored us when we walked up. She didn't look up or anything so we just left. We wanted to purchase a bookcase and had a question but she couldn't be bothered to help.
