My tech Jess #22331 was very personal straight forward and got right to work and had me up and going for my new address in a timely manner and he was truly respectful took time to put on his boat liners before entering my home as it was raining and muddy outside. Jess gets 5 starr rates from my experience And he deserves a paid vacation so he can get some fishing in. If only more Tech's companies had the professional manners as Jess#22331 more people would probably sign up

I have great internet service so I’m giving 4 stars. But… I wanted to bundle mobile with my WiFi and went in to buy a new phone. The woman I spoke with was nice, but I couldn’t get the phone because she couldn’t find my credit report. I called customer service about it to see if they could help me and they straight hung up on me. So I went to Verizon instead.

I re-subscribed to Optimum last week and Jonathan Shepherd was SUCH a help! He followed-up several times after the order and walked me through each step of the process until everything was all set up. I had a little trouble getting the service up-to-speed - turns out the issue was outside. A quick call to tech support yesterday diagnosed the problem, and within an hour, the technician, Justin K***er was here and fixed it! I didn't get permission to post his full name, but please tell him THANK YOU again from me! My service through the Russellville office has always been superb.

Jess #22331 was my technician he was very polite and got right to business as soon as he arrived made it very simple for me by giving my wifi name and password as soon as things were hooked up and all I've heard from other customers of optimum is how much better it is then their previous provider. I can't wait to experience it for myself 😊

Matthew came and repaired the cable under the house that had been damaged by an outside squirrel or mouse. He explained everything that he would be checking to locate the internet problem and also the steps needed to repair the cable. He was very professional and thorough.
