We canceled our service. They ended up charging us a full months payment because they did not correctly cancel our account. I was getting ready to close out the account and kept low funds in there causing an overdraft on our account. I called customer support was told that there was nothing they could do. It was either an agent or system glitch, but apparently it’s my responsibility to pay for the overdraft fees. She just kept telling me that I needed to distribute this with Wells Fargo. I’m not sure what Wells Fargo has to do with distributing although I think she meant to say dispute.

I would highly recommend that you never put anything on auto pay with orbitel. Glad we moved out of Maricopa city and are no longer using this company.

Had an Orbitel tech at our house today to figure out an issue with only some of our devices not getting internet despite being connected to WiFi. They were able to come out within 48 hours of my initial call. Tech replaced the modem and also disabled the previous home owners built in WiFi which resolved our issue. Very minor consistency issues over the last 14 months, on par or less outages than any other provider we’ve used in the past.

I’m paying for 500 mbps but receiving way less. I’ve had to call many times and have someone come to try to repair my issue. When he gets here it works great then he leaves and it stops working. This happens repeatedly. I called and said I’d rather pay for less if they can’t give me what I’m paying for. They said that’s not how it works. If I’m paying for 500 mbps I will get up to that amount but not that amount. If I pay for the 250 mbps then I will get less than 250 Mbps. I think that’s false advertising. Interesting is constantly stoping and going which mean a lot of resetting. Anyway it drops to nothing every time I need it not to. I will be searching for a better internet company that can offer WiFi. Orbital’s internet works better if you plug into it but doesn’t work well for wireless. Also their router doesn’t work for smart homes. So we had to get a better router.

I would give ZERO stars if I could. Absolutely the WORST cable provider ever! Unless you loved your low def cable in the 90's. The difference is that cable in the 90's was reliable and didn't freeze or blackout the screen every two to three minutes. Thank goodness Orbitel is no longer the only provider in town (Maricopa, AZ)! Go with COX and/or YouTube TV. Much better value, picture, reliability, and accessibility. ORBITEL IS TRASH!!!

I just had my internet installed today by Jeff. He did a fantastic job working with me to set up my router where it would work best. He stayed to do a speed test and made sure all my wifi products were working before i left. Jeff was super friendly to me and my dog! Thanks Jeff!

I had a great customer service experience with Mikaila from Orbitel. She was very informative and attentive. At no point was I ever made to feel like a burden, even when I asked a million questions. lol
Mikaila is a Keeper!!!

On another note although the customer service was great and my cable service is also great. I would recommend that Orbitel get one or two more people on board to asist with customer service, as Maricopa is growing so fast. The hold time was quite long.

Our technician Sergio was incredible in resolving our tv issue . He was the third service person sent out within a month. He worked diligently and resolved the problem. He is very professional and knowledgeable.Please note that the review is on service technician only.
