In this age where many companies are slipping on customer service, your prompt response to our request, even though I had categorized the support request in the low priority status was refreshing! I know you have to deal with clients that are lacking, to say the least, on computer skills and I fit in that category. Bill and Mike did a great job helping our church update and expand our website. They were both very kind, professional, and responsive.
