I cannot say enough good about this company and their employee customer service. We used them for a printing project for our daughter's wedding invitations and we could not have been more pleased. Not only were they done in a very timely manner, they would done with excellence. I could tell immediately when I called this company that they would take excellent care of something that means a lot to us. Kim in their customer service department is excellent. When I was looking for a printing company, I was nervous about who to get to do the project because of it being our daughter's wedding. With the very first phone call, I knew immediately after talking to Kim that our project was in great hands and I knew they would be perfect.... and they were! Will definitely use them again when needed and I definitely recommend them!

After learning from other printing businesses and a good friend that Colonial Printing was the only business able to take on my perfect bound print job, I didn't know what to expect. Aside from the perfect bound requirement, I had other formatting specifics outlined by the U.S. Supreme Court that had to be met. On top of that, I had a short period of time to have my print job in hand to deliver to the U.S
Supreme Court. Not only did Colonial Printing get the job done right the first time, they also managed their competing print jobs well enough to get mine completed in a couple of days. Although the U.S. Supreme Court case didn't turn out as expected, I will continue to look to Colonial Printing for print job in the future and will gladly recommend their services to others.
