Left a piece of spam paper on my windshield on a rainy day and now it’s stuck to my windshield. You did it, you clean it off. I’m not using your stupid bridge when there’s a free one and I’m definitely not using it now. Be smarter do better. Seriously.

I hear people complain about the bridge (Tolls) ect. Then don't use it go around do whatever. But all I can say is that whenever I've had so called problems I pulled in spoke to the agents working the window's and with in minutes fixed all you have to do is just go in and ask, turns out it was my issue not there's just didn't understand the payment. I am glad the bridge is fixed and quick to get to and from places.

Easy to get a pass to cross the bridge for only $1.00 each time crossing the bridge and they provide the e-z pass for free that goes in your windshield

I do not use the bridge, however their advertisement tactic of putting flyers on people's cars can cause an accident. No one really does that anymore, and if not seen the cards can fly off and hit other people's windshields, blocking their view or cause a driving distraction. They are small enough to miss but large enough to cause the person behind you trouble if it flys off and plasters itself to your windshield. One was placed on my car while I was at school today and I did not see it until I was halfway home, not to mention the damage if it rains. At my college there are many new drivers with fresh licenses. This is not the way to advertise and I will not use a bridge that overcharges people and cares more about advertising than your safety.

It is very expensive to drive just a half mile long bridge, even with the transponder. Not to mention that the rate is increasing. Also, the bridge has not been lit up with the blue lights for a while now.

Raised toll as if it wasn't high enough keep that up ans you will see us people will save our money and drive the extra qtr mile to cross the other bridge . Totally ridiculous of the pricing I hope others post their review as well to stop them from continuing to raise price .

Let my Grandson use my truck he got lost and went across the bridge turned around and went back across it took one and a half minutes got a bill for 9.00 . What a rip off

Don’t use this bridge if paying by plate!!
They will send you a $15 late fee for paying on time. I paid the invoice for crossing the bridge the very next day of receiving it in the mail. Over 30 days later I receive a $15 late fee for the payment. Apparently, they send the payment to Texas for processing which makes it impossible to pay on time. Seems like a scam to me. Use the free bridge down the street! I’ll never cross this bridge again.
