Once again, the Partner team has provided us with the BEST service. We had a desktop computer that needed replaced, we got the replacement and Chris and Jason had us switched out and back up and going in a short few hours. Of course we didn't have the license keys or software discs that we needed, but that was no problem for them - they just "rolled with it" and pulled out their magic wands and got us fixed up! Grateful to have this level of service in our small town.

I've been a Partner Communications customer for a number of years. For the longest time I was only using wired phone services in my home. Today I find myself using phone services, data, and much else in both my home and business.

Over time Partner has continued to upgrade their infrastructure and offer a larger array of services to their customers.

I have listened to some grumbling neighbors occasionally over the years about a rare problem or outage. But here is the reality - the vast majority of Partner services are offered into the country and rural communities. Those areas are chocked full of little vermin that are tough on small wires, cable boxes they attempt to inhabit, and that has no mention of the weather. Problems will arise in any scenario like this. The key is not eliminating problems, as that isn't realistic or possible. Rather, the method in which you remedy the issues - Partner does this consistently well.

While the service I continually get from Partner is first rate, the clear value in their company lies with their people. The most precious resources any company has are their employees, and Partner knows it. If I ever have a problem, Partner sends out well trained folks to manage my comments, questions, and concerns in a concise and timely fashion. It should be noted as well that I'm seeing the same faces over and over, year after year. That says something about them as well. When you see a different person each time a phone company vehicle drives by, it makes you wonder. Not so with Partner Communications.

I like the service, the product, and the people. They take care of me personally and professionally, so they have my highest confidence.
