My daughter has been going to the clinic for all her OB appointments and it has been a great experience for her. She gave birth on August 23 and I must say the OB staff were amazing. The nurses were very attentive and so good with her from start to finish. I was very nervous as she is so young, but my worries quickly faded after I met the team. It was a long hard labor and the staff went above and beyond to make sure she was comfortable and had everything she needed. I don't think we would have gotten a better experience any where else!

I went for a sleep study because of health issues most likely caused by sleep apnea. I'm exhausted waking up. It's been going on for at least 6 months. It took a couple months just to get in to see the doctor. I never got to the sleep study part because the office kept telling me I need pre-approval. A couple weeks later I call the insurance company and they said they had never received anything and that an at-home sleep study does not need a pre-approval. Only an overnight study in a facility. I have Wellmark. I waited months to see the doctor to be told they needed to get pre-approval from insurance. I call the office and they said they need something from the insurance company and would talk to the person who schedules and have them resubmit. A week later, insurance still hasn't received anything and they don't need a pre-approval. I call the doctor's office again and they said they would have the person who schedules call me. That was Tuesday, today is Friday and I've heard nothing. It's been over a month. How do people keep their jobs if they can't do them? Now I have to wait months to see a doctor in a different facility further away because I can't even get scheduled in!

The location is dirty they don’t clean I don’t know how this place is still open if you ever look at any part of it there is dust bunnies everywhere and there housekeepers just walk around and don’t clean I wouldn’t recommend anyone to Doctor here

Not a good experience through the ER. Waited almost 2 hours for a nurse or physician to see my child for a head related injury with headache and vomiting. Not checked on at all in those 2 hours of waiting for my child. I’ve always came here for my family’s care but will think twice before returning again.

My husband had outpatient surgery at this facility. From start to finish the service was great. Every staff member we came into contact with treated us with warmth and kindness. They provided excellent care to him. The post surgery follow up was well explained and all of our questions were answered. I highly recommend this hospital.
