Nicole and her team at Perry's did an Amazing job packing and shipping oil painting, documents, photos and slides for me. Even though they were busy they were able to get everything shipped Thousands of miles to their destinations. Be patient, They will take very good care of you. I met the owner and they were there working with the crew on a very busy day.

I don’t ship items often so I was a little intimidated when I had several items I ended up needing to return from Amazon. Fortunately, the Amazon return service was super easy. And then the staff at Perry’s were very helpful and friendly on top of that.

I love the gift selection they have, there are SO many things and different themes. I wouldn’t go here for cheap gifts though, they are definitely quality items.

I will add that they don’t accept QR code returns. That was the one downfall of my several returns, but the UPS store is next door so it wasn’t a huge inconvenience.

Long-time resident of Atascadero. Had a really bad experience here recently, unfortunately. Dropped off two large FedEx packages on a Tuesday, needing packing ($114), for important 2-Day Express to Alaska. This was only 30 minutes before their pickup, so I realized it probably wasn't going to make it out that day. Apparently, due to being busy and short-staffed it also didn't make it out the following day!?! Even two days later (Thursday), I called and they weren't packed yet! I had to switch to FedEx Overnight, costing some $800 or so more! They were not able to help with that cost OR contacting FedEx to help, only refunding their packing cost. Ultimately, one of the packages made it on-time (Friday), but the other was late and arrived sometime on Monday. This caused my employer a great deal of embarrassment with our client and also embarrassment on my part. Consider this an OK place to drop off pre-packaged and pre-labeled things, but avoid for anything business and/or time-critical.

From books and child toys, to clothing and household goodies they really have a gift for everyone in there! I left with a lot more than I intended which will be making my friends very happy ha! Even my wallet couldn’t be mad since they have well priced items. They were quick to offer help and besides all the shopping I did I was in and out pretty fast. Very sweet cashier and overall nice experience!

Customer service is good. I sent an international package because of the restrictions my package got returned. When I called and complained that no one tells me that item is not allowed to ship. The manage took the lead and taking good care of the issues. I got 100 % shipping money back. I’m impressed.

I am incredibly grateful for their amazing service and patience. I had to deliver a package with really really short notice in San Luis Obispo over the phone from Brooklyn, NY. Susan was an amazing help and was able to get my package in on time despite the wait at FedEx and other small issues that came up...I can't thank her and her patient driver enough! I definitely recommend them!

DON'T BOTHER. Was initially delighted to use bill paying services and pick up little things for grandkids while waiting in line. Tried last 2 months and have given up after two trips and taking off work now. After waiting in line yesterday was 5:02 and was told that they could not process anything outside of 9 to 5. So took off work early and returned today, waited in line and was told they just shut Bill Paying down at 4:45pm. Used to be my favorite stop first of the month. No more. Done.

Well Perry's has moved to the new, spacious location and it is wonderful. Still the same oh so helpful staff. Still the place to drop off any of those prepaid UPS things. Still all the packaging you can imagine, and The gift shop is now even bigger. If you need a gift for any occasion, Perry's has the solution and with so many choices, there is something for every taste and style. Thanks Perry's for being part of our town.
