Pflanz is the place to go for your surround system needs. We purchased a house with surround speakers installed in a family room with bare wires leading back to an AV room and that's about it. Will and his team, Christian and Pedro, figured out an initial plan, but it had to be modified as we went along due to issues working with what we had. The existing wiring was not what it should have been and our old receiver was not up to the task... Long story short, we now have an amazing movie room and a wireless Sonos system providing music through the rest of the house and even out on the patio. If you need anything AV related, this is the place to go.

I recently purchased a 75 inch sony from them. Once home and powered up we realized the screen was broken. Called them right away. They offered to stick around after hours on a Saturday to exchange it. I opted to wait till Monday night. Took it back Monday night they exchanged it. Got the new one home it works flawlessly. Very happy with the service before and after the sale. Will definitely go back.

Crooked liars. Will charge you double what the “quote” is. Terrible ethics, terrible people, terrible sales. I am beyond upset with this company. Made me wait 40 min while he was on the phone with a customer and 3 people stood around taking glances at us not saying a word while my truck was done and then proceeded to pull receipt of double of the quote was. Would not deal with these crooks again. If they say 2 hour labor job just know it’s 8 and double what they say. Don’t give these sleezy people your hard earned money

Update: not even a week later experiencing problems with head unit and CarPlay and unclear crappy sound. Place is a joke
