This place has the best workers and the freshest food. I was surprised yesterday when I only received one spoon for two sides and one bbq sauce for two orders of chicken tender combos. The new apple cranberry drink was tasty but it was warm with very little ice. I will be back because the one bad mishap doesn’t weigh that much on the other four times that were excellent service and great food!

Creating a special Christmas reward to my paternal cousin J. Love that has worked at this location since the age of 16 years. I wish I could have worked there with you without inflating prices, but you know how hectic truck deliveries can be and I know how having eight hands busy requires a break or two. I wanted spicy wings it was only 7:15 p.m. and the cashier said they only had 3 so I asked will they cook more he said it will take 20 minutes, so I said I will wait, then he changed and said they won’t cook anymore

The chicken was tough and stringy, got caught in my teeth! The chicken had about 1/2 inch of breading which either slid off or crumbled off. Nope, won't go back.

I ordered online and got the 6 tenders ,2 sides and 2 biscuits for 11.99,I pick up my order pull off,looked in the bags and seen they only gave me 4 small fries and 2 biscuits.. I go inside and tell them they forgot my chicken,they argued with me saying chicken doesn’t come with it?! Ended up arguing with 2/3 different ones trying to explain the meal! If you don’t understand English or your menu YOU DONT NEED TO WORK IN FAST FOOD!! who the hell would honestly pay 13.00 that’s including tax for 2 small fries and 2 biscuits!!

This place is the secret gem of Forrest City and should no way be associated with the old Popeyes of Forrest City. Hands down the best Popeyes in America!! Food is fast and excellent. The manager is often seen expediting the meals and runs the crew like a well oiled machine. Kind of fun to watch when your waiting. The only complaint I have is the bathroom is usually out of either soap or paper towels. I know it's petty, but if you have to rely on air dryers in your bathroom, you shouldn't have stubborn door knobs that you have to turn to exit. It defeats the purpose of washing your hands than grabbing a bathroom door knob then going and picking up some French fries.... Recommend the APP for coupons. The are frequent and good. Just make sure to let the person at the counter know you have an online order. I got frustrated one day because they won't start your order until you say something. You will just stand there forever.
