Worst postal service I ever seen.
Had a FedEx box overnight drop off with the label on it however, the father, who works there end up shipping it as you USPS ground .
He had a very sensitive material that needs to be shipped overnight now that’s gonna cost me quite a bit on the product . VERY STUPID AND Inconvenient.. HOW COULD NOT SEE THE BIG FEDEX LABEL ON THE Box . this morning I went there and they supposed to open at 9 o’clock trying to retrieve the package. Nobody came till 10 o’clock. What kind of business is this and unprofessional?
DONT GO THERE ANS WASTE YOUR TIME AND LOOSE YOU SHIPPING PACKAGE

I love doing business with Donna and her staff! It feels like home! Everyone is so helpful. They have no problem taping my boxes and getting the cheapest shipment prices.

I shipped a package to my daughter for christmas it was delivered broken in pieces. I bought insurance. Paid extra for it. Donna was working on to get insurance to pay. She requested copies ect. I forwarded numerous times. We went back and forth as she never seem to save or keep what I sent even though she comfirmed she had all needed. Got confirmation she had all needed. Waited until after Christmas no response . So went in. Staff said she was qorking on. Then another guy valls and tells me he is manager now. Tells me Donna no longer there. But strangley then Donna gets ahold me acouplebdays later .Not sure what there doing there. Bottom line my daughter christmas gift was broken . No refund. And insurance I paid for 300 dollars coverage on it never paid . So why purchased. Shady and not honest place.

I really like postal connections. I have a post office box there, and get my mail regularly. The girls who work there are always nice and smile every time I show up. They have copy machines which I use, and their hours are really good.

Never open at the time they are opposed to. Today is a perfect example of that it's Saturday on Saturday they are open for 10:00-2:00 it's now 11:00 and not open no buddies here it's closed. The only day of the week I can get my mail and I can't get my mail.

Last week I went into the postal connections,. The young gentleman there, went out of his way to print a picture for me,that I needed for a funeral, customer service is great, I will look for him next time I go in.
I m thinking new owners maybe.
