I love this shop! Owner, Jennie is so personable and provides great service! She's helped me ship all sorts of thing...large, small, fragile, books, important papers...you get the idea. Each and every time, she helps me choose which shipping option will best suit my needs and budget. I regularly buy my greeting cards at BMS because Jennie carries an affordable, unique, frequently changing selection. This is one stop shopping for me as I also buy my stamps, make copies and get my shredding taken care of all at once. Plus I enjoy my conversations with Jennie. If you haven't met her, you should stop in. Save yourself a trip to the post office!

This ship store is fantastic! Michelle is beyond helpful! She makes sure you are taken care of and is always willing to assist. The store is also fun to look around- a lot of cool gifts and card grab bags. So happy this store is in Cornelius. I definitely recommend for all shipping needs- big and small!

First of all, I need to say that Tim A. is bonkers...off his rocker... B-A-N-A-N-A-S! Really? He gives one star because an independent shipping business isn't open after 6 pm?!? Look around! All small businesses like this close at 6 or earlier! Go to one of the big name places that have no personality or customer service if you need it later! No reason for a 1-star review! (exhale...) That being said, Box Mail Ship gets 5 stars without a doubt! I can't WAIT until I have something to ship so I can go see Jennie's smiling face and get the best customer service on the planet! She goes out of her way to get to know you and help you with all your shipping needs. Plus, when you get to know her better, she shares recipes with you and even talks sports!!! Was she built in a factory?!? She's amazing! Run, don't walk, to Box Mail Ship for all your shipping needs! Plus, they have funny greeting cards, too! 😀

This is the ONLY place I go for my shipping and mailing needs...FedEx, UPS, regular mailing. NO waiting in long lines, Jennie is so friendly and helpful. Has postage stamps. Does EXCELLENT boxing for you to fit your mailing need. There is also fun and unique selection of cards, gift products, mailing boxes and envelops, too. Stop in and see for yourself.

We are a couple that are now residing in Europe, but are US citizens and have a business and other official business in North Carolina. This group has provided magnificent service for us. It has been easy to deposit checks remotely, have mail re-routed and mail sent by courier or USPS that we have emailed them from Europe. Very responsive, very flexible, very good communicators! Please go to this store! BEST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER. I had UPS try to deliver a package while I was away. I came home to a note saying it had been sent to this store and I had 7 days to pick it up before it was returned to the sender. I didn’t get home until 9 days after the note was left, and I reached out to Jennie in a panic. She said she had not sent it back to the sender and I could come pick it up whenever. I went to pick it up that same day, and she had to leave earlier due to a prior obligation, gotten a friend to watch over the store, and accidentally locked my package in her office. Not only did she sincerely apologize to me for the mistake, but she DROPPED MY PACKAGE OFF at my apartment PERSONALLY the next day. Thank you Jennie for making a VERY happy customer. I will most definitely be back!
