I was having problems with a different wifi company and when premier finally got their fiber optics installed in my neighborhood i immediately switched to them and have loved it! I’ve had them for over a year now and there have been zero complaints! I’ve never even had a netflix show buffer on me, it’s fantastic! Thank you premier!!

We were having issues with a previous internet company and I called Premier Communications just to get general information about their service. Before I even gave a deposit or fully agreed to try their service they had technicians come out and get the fiber line ready for my house. They put in a lot of work before even fully getting the service which says a lot about the company. The customer service was fantastic. Shawn (sorry if I spelled it wrong) came and did our install and he was awesome. He did a fantastic job running the cable and getting everything set up and was so knowledgeable. I just started service but so far they have gone above and beyond I would highly recommend them!

Patrick and Dave were the best installers I have ever had!!! They went the extra mile to be sure I got only what I needed and everything was up and running smoothly before they left! I love home town service!!! It beats the big guys hands down!!!!

I went in to pay a bill and changed form of payment since I got a new card. My card had more than $200 on it. I checked my bank account before walking into the building just to be sure my paycheck had gone through. IT WASN'T PENDING, THE MONEY WAS IN MY ACCOUNT. Lady in the front desk was kind and had good customer service, she changed the new card to my account, and then proceeded to tell me the bill was paid. I ask her if it's possible to downgrade my plan and she said yes. She did not tell me my card was declined. There was no issues! All she said was that the new mbps I requested would take a day or two to update.
A week later I'm getting a letter in the mail that my card was declined and if I don't pay it they are disconnecting my service... Talk about headache. I checked my account they never took my card to pay the bill.. but they took my card info...... How does that make sense? I talked to a lady(not the lady at the front desk to my knowledge) on the phone to address the issue and she just accused me of not having enough money in my account when I came in to pay it that day. Yet I know that's not true. She was very vague on offering any type of solution on why this happened or reasoning. So I cancelled my services. This is the second time this has happened to me, and my one of my friends. Premier do better, could've been an easy fix, but the lack of understanding and resolution is was did it for me.
