We had a great experience. Everyone was very nice and attentive. The Doctor was welcoming and made sure we didn’t have any questions. It was easy to get an appointment and my daughter was able to get her braces on the same day as her consult. They also offer a couple of different payment plans too

I'll start off by saying I had high hopes for this company as the reviews were great. The front office ladies and the manager are extremely nice. Most of the dental assistants are nice but the dental assistants and the 5 orthodontists I've seen and went through have absolutely no idea what they are doing except for 1. I believe his name was Dr. Nevas which works in the PHX location. He listened and actually made progress on my teeth. I wanted to straighten my 2 front teeth and some of the bottom. The orthodontist I met with and actually convinced me he could close the gap with braces, I agreed. The time frame was almost 2 years max. The whole first year was an absolute waste of time. They claim it was for "detailing" but I can tell you within 1 week of seeing Dr navas he straightened out my 2 front teeth, that quickly. 1 year and 3 months go by with no movement of closing the gap. It wasn't until they told me my next appt I would be getting them off. I was confused and spoke with the manager they apologized for missing it the whole entire time but they will blame it on me being pregnant and not being able to do the pano. Fine. But they missed 3 months after I had my baby and I had to bring it up. For the past 7 months seeing multiple different orthodontist, still no movement. I made sure every, single appt I brought it up, we are closing my gap. Nothing happened. I requested to have a meeting so we can all get on the same page since they said they found a perm orthodontist,which I had seen a few times and I'm not a fan of. This meeting would consist of me the manager and the orthodontist. The manager personally fixed the screw up of a dental assistant, this happens quite often. But I have kept my cool and just beg them to just close my gap and listen to what I'm asking. This meeting was not in a room to sit and talk, this was unacceptable and consisted of me laying on my back while Ortho looked at my teeth and I had to explain everything in front of other patients , express my concerns, addressed the issues I've had and was not only uncomfortable for me but extremely unprofessional to tell me we would be having a meeting and that was the outcome. They have not done anything to help. They have not attempted to resolve it. No discounts, no extra retainer, no extra anything to help ease the bullshit they put me through for almost 3 years now. I wouldn't recommend them. And it's unfortunate this is the situation.

My daughter had braces put on by Premier Orthodontics 6 months ago. They are doing a great job with her teeth. We also love the staff here, from the front desk to the doctors, they are all extremely friendly and helpful.

Every time we come in the front desk staff (usually Natalie!!) greets us with a cheery hello and checks in my son automatically. My son is always happy with the adjustments to his braces (except when he got bands lol) and understands what is changing and why. We couldn’t be happier!

I am about to take my braces off next week and it was such a great experience working with premier they really took care of me with everything I needed and every little detail I needed to change. Everyone is so welcoming and they have a great staff glad I chose premier!!
