She sent me proofs along the way to make sure the sweaters were exactly what I wanted & they made sure they were all completed in time for Christmas, even though I didn’t give them much time. I brought in an item to have a small embroidery done on it. A week later I checked in with the manager and nothing had been done with it yet. She never sent me an image to confirm it. When I came in, she went on about how she was going to be out of town the next day. She said it would possibly be on Monday!? I would have waited 12 days by then. I felt like I was put off! NOT very good customer service! Would Not recommend this place!! That same day, I went Somewhere else and they were more than happy to help me! Very reasonably priced. She called and had it done the next day!!

Love everything about the service here. I come up with the craziest ideas for designs and Holly and her crew always accommodate what I need and on short notice. Great quality items and fairly priced. Won’t get my gear for basketball season anywhere else.

I love the quality and innovative ideas that she creates. I can go in with an idea and she can mold it to what fits the style. So many variations for my kiddos school too! She knows the shirts and what would fit and what needs to be ordered a different size. I highly recommend stopping in to see what you can create or purchase right off the rack! Most presses are ready and displayed on the wall for easy picking!
