In Nov, I started trying to figure out what had happened to my marketing campaigns. The only people calling were spammers. The robocalls were outnumbering any clients. YP and yelp just said to throw more money at it and get more calls, period, to even out the spammers, or robocalls. I knew there had to be a better way. By happenstance, I broke my phone screen and had to see Dwayne at Fav Geek, who told me to call Robert and handed me the card. I DID. Fast forward to today, 3 months later , Robert and Blake rebuilt my website so I could leave my previous hoster. More importantly, worked on my google listings and all the directories so instead of a thousand companies, google saw us as ONE. SO for Jan-March 2019 we have completed more jobs then previous years and increased our revenue. For tree removals, this has been a very challenging year with 14 inches rain x 2 months. In March Also, due to our online presence and google listing, we were offered a commercial contract. This proved what I wanted was happening. People could google and find us. You don't have to know what to do with Google, just call Robert at Purple Tie Guys if you want business. Blake re-created my website in a format that I can add to as our needs change and we grow. My job is to keep a crew of 7 working. Not to spend days figuring all this out. This is one area where I have hired competent folks for my team. AS a business owner its a great feeling.
