I dropped my daughters jacket off on Monday and just asked for her name to be embroidered on it. The lady sounded inconvenienced at such a small job. When I went to pick up the jacket on Friday she had forgotten about it. I’ll take my business elsewhere. Little did she know I had 26 other jackets to be done but she lost all that business.

Great service at affordable pricing. Plan ahead and they’ll work with you to get you what you need. Printing shirts, hats, bags, keychains, flyers by the thousands to large prints etc. Q’s has got you covered. You can email them your ideas if you can’t stop by the shop. Send in files/pics of what you’re needing and more than likely they’ve got what you need. Hope this helps! They’ve helped us at The Vape Stop several times.

Worst customer service ever...first I called to ask if they do laminating. They sounded inconvenienced by my phone call. After confirming they did the service I needed I stated that I'm on my way. I get there and same lady states you need that now? "Yes I do". Responded, with well it takes the laminating machine an hour to warm up. My question...why didn't you turn it on after I called? Or does your company not have a small laminator for the little jobs. Literally was just a name tag I needed. Thanks I won't be back. I need to get on with my work.
