A great place to spend time with your family. A lot of different animals, such as goats, sheep, cows, horses, alpacas, a donkey, geese, turkeys, and even two emus. They have tractor rides, slides, swings, hay stacks, and many other things for kids. You can pet baby goats, goats and sheep, and even small ducklings. On the way out, there is a small market with fresh vegetables and fruits.

I use the pickup option most of the time. I find that the shoppers are very good at picking substitutions when necessary. When there is a poor substitution Ralphs us very good about refunding me.
When I shop in store I find the associates to be friendly and helpful. I have never in 20 years had a bad in store experience.

UPDATE: ZERO. STARS.
I used their delivery service for the first time. Despite clearly indicating instructions to our door (including adding them to the second address line), the delivery driver still went to the wrong place. It's not the first time it's happened. I went outside to meet him, and as we walked over to my door, he asked for ID for the wine I ordered.

Now, I'm so old, the candles cost more than the birthday cake, and no one in their right mind would confuse me for being under-age. Whatever, I thought, so I showed him my ID. He asked me to take it out so he could SCAN IT! That was it for me - I refused the order.

That evening I got an email from Ralphs apologizing for... something? and stating that I "won't be charged for the order." I was indeed charged and after almost a week, never received a refund. This required a phone call to customer (dis)service. After the better part of an hour, I was finally told that a refund was coming in… two weeks. Great. So, what was debited in seconds will take two weeks to put back. Never shopping at Ralphs (or Kroger, the parent company) again.

We used to use the Ralphs pick-up service, where we could place orders online then pull into the designated parking spaces. The staff would bring out our order. They were a pleasure to work with, and it was a rare exception that anything was missing or incorrect. A big frustration, however, was dealing with the myriad technical issues on their website. It was so bad at times that we couldn't place an order, and simply went somewhere else for our groceries.

On occasion, we will pick-up a few items by shopping inside the store. The staff working the floor are different; grouchy for the most part and not nearly as friendly as the folks that would bring out our orders for pick-up. Plus, navigating the store (especially with a cart) is made both difficult and awkward by the many items placed within the aisles. I can't tell if they're just out of space or trying to shove product in our faces. In any case, it's very annoying.

I stopped by this Ralph this morning to take advantage of the Gatorade special. I tried another Ralph near my house and the good flavors were mostly gone by the afternoon. Since this Ralph is near my work and in Simi Valley, I figure I would have better luck here. I came right when they open at 6am and was able to find 2 good flavors. The store is pretty nicely organized and is in a good size plaza with a lot of parking spots. I used the self checkout like I always do and didn't have any issues. The price are reasonable and not too expensive to me.

The department with vegetables and fruits in this store forgot that it was there. Rotten vegetables and fruits, empty shelves, expired products. It's very sad to see this. This is the worst store in the entire Ralphs chain.

The deli counter can not cut the cheese or meats well. They give you opposite of what you want and they don’t layer it properly. For the $ you pay they should learn how to train their employees.
