If you live around Torrance, this is one place where you can catch beautiful sunsets plus genuine sea food. The place also has ice cream places plus a number of bars and souvenir shops. Weekends are usually so busy with many people but during the week, it’s less crowded and if you love to cycle, this is your go to place.

This is a great place to chill. The local fishermen keep the Pier vibrant. However, I think Redondo Beach Pier has passed its heyday and is declining. It needs an economic boost.

Don’t know how I lived in LA so long without coming down here. This is a great spot that feels like a classic beach boardwalk. Beautiful beach, great restaurants and shops. All around great vibe. A new favorite of mine that will be on the list or must sees for visitors.

Good relaxing walk and beautiful sunset. John is there every day making gigantic bubbles. Please do not leave your kids burst his bubbles. People enjoy watching the bubbles flow in the air!!!

Redondo Beach Pier is absolutely stunning! There is plenty to do in the nearby area. There is great food at the pier, there are a few gift stores as well, and places to go fishing at. If you have kids or you yourself like to skateboard there is s small skate park there. It is a great place for friends to hangout and also for family of all ages. Also plenty of parking.

I lived in Redondo in the early 80’s, as a teenager, moved away, visited again in the early 90’s and hadn’t been back until Nov 2024. Half the pier is old school shops and food, while other half is modern concrete. I wish the Fun Factory was still there, but Old Tony’s is probably the oldest and most intact landmark. Would be nice to see the city restore some of the original structures. The pier is still a cool destination, but pales in comparison to its heyday.

The peir is a great spot to visit. Dozens of shops, massive paid parking lot, and street parking available. It is great when events and activities are planned for solos, couples, and families to attend. The weather varies so bring different types of clothing.

I used to live at this beach many years ago. A lot has changed since I have been here but I got to bring my fiance here to propose and I always wanted to go that someday. This is the first time I got to travel outside of the Phoenix area for a long time. We got to go down to Hermosa Beach for a little while as well and it was even prettier. I used to be homeless out here and I noticed that I did not see anyone that I recognized. I feel like we need to come back soon . I hope it is sooner than later. There are a lot of beach area spots that we did not get to cover. If you are traveling the California coast line then I definitely recommend checking this place out 10/10 .
