I originally contacted Replica's staff about printing a fairly straightforward print job of 100 invitations. After a couple of emails back and forth about quotes and paper options, their staff ghosted me on email twice. The last time happened after they said a sample would be available to view by a certain date (and then I never heard from them). Maybe I just caught them on a bad month, but after waiting for a total of almost two weeks from when I originally emailed, I decided to go to another local print shop and they were much faster to respond.
