After spending several thousand dollars with this company, all I got was a few 1 star reviews, my Google listing dropped in the search engine, and some pictures uploaded to the Google page.
Now that I'm canceling my account they will not turn over the microsite that I PAID them to build. All I get is the domain name which is my Instagrams business name anyways.
You're better off getting zappy cards for your business, upload your own images and use Google ads plus.
Every dollar I gave this company would have been more effective if I flushed it down the toilet.

STAY AWAY -- FAR, FAR AWAY!! I was a client for 2-3yrs. Out of the blue, they completely destroyed all but the homepage of my website, with the excuse that only a landing page was for better SEO with Google. Except that 85% of the information about my business was completely erased. When I complained, they offered to reinstate my previous website/pages at no cost, but as they weren't backed-up on any of their "legacy" servers, we'd have to recreate from scratch. Unbelievable.

Stay away from this company! They are all helpful to get you to sign up with them but when it’s time to cancel the contract it’s a nightmare! I am a small business and the ROI is not worth it.

Got bought out 2 months after my account started. They stopped working on the roll out and won’t let me out of my contract I tried calling they left me on hold for 45min then hung up

Rev Local has been great to work with. They redesigned our company website and make adjustments to it as we need it. They are also actively working our survey program with our clients. Currently a 4 out of 5 because we did try a marketing strategy with them that didnt pan out to lead generation like we had hoped over a several month span. Hope to reengage in that sometime this year to see if we can get any traction with it.

BY FAR THE WORST MARKETING SERVICE I HAVE EVER WORKED WITH: I worked with Rev Local for years blindly because I knew nothing about marketing. My eyes were opened by a small local marketing company by how little Rev Local was doing for my business based on the amount of money we were paying monthly.
Not only do they do the bare minimum but they have an absurd contract that literally binds you to them with no way of getting out, no matter how much you plead.
They will offer you exactly what you want for your business and give you barely anything in return. A word of advice if you are thinking about taking services from Rev Local…DO NOT DO IT!!! There are so many other marketing companies that can provide you real results. Rev Local is not one of these companies. They will take all of your money and give you barely anything in return, and then they will ask for more to see better results, all while binding you in a ridiculous contract. BEWARE.

Having RevLocal manage our online marketing needs is one of the best decisions I've made as a new business owner. They know what they are doing, and they do it well. They are very responsive, proactive and really look after our business. The monthly calls are a great way to keep on track of what we are working on monthly basis. I highly recommend RevLocal to those very busy business owners that either don't have the time, or don't know how to manage their online marketing.

Great company, really helping to build recognition for my small business! I currently am doing the local search and review marketing, which are both crucial! I really enjoy working with my strategist Jessica. We meet monthly to stay on track with is great, she always has great ideas that I implement frequently, and overall she just goes above and beyond to help me build my business. I can tell she truly cares which is a great touch 🙂
