My experience started in the summer of 2017, when I took a vacation day to have Rockstar come to my home to give me an estimate on Nest Security. They were a no show/no call.
Two weeks later, Chris contacted me and said, he found my number from an ex employee’s notes. So I set up an appointment for 2 months out. During that time , Chris and I set up a date
and exchanged information. Well today was my appointment for Rockstar to install the Nest cameras. Just so you know, I took another afternoon off during the 2 month time frame, to have Mediacom out to hook up Wi-Fi.
Once again Chris and his team were a no show/no call. They made no attempt to call, text or email. Don't waste precious vacation time with these smucks. They have no interest in being creditable.
Chris made no attempt to the prior days of my install date to set up a window of time, or go over what services I wanted installed.
I called finally at 8:22 am the day of my supose installtion to thank him for the lack of communication.
As a business owner, it is your responsibility to go over with your potential customer a proposal of the services , price of the services and time frame for the job. Rockstar did none of this.

These guys are amazing! I stopped by today because my Direct TV promo period expired and I wanted to see if they could get me a new deal. They called on my behalf, worked some magic and got be an even better price than I had on the first promo! Highly recommend using them!

Chris was great to work with. I won a free HD TV a couple weeks ago and wanted to upgrade my SD receiver to the HD receiver ASAP. In order to do this, you normally have to contact Directv directly and they send you the new box via delivery service. I am an impatient person and wanted my HD box right away so I contacted Rockstar and worked with Chris. Chris was generous enough to let me pickup an HD receiver directly from his store instead of waiting for days or weeks to get the HD box through the mail. I did run into a billing issue in regards to obtaining the HD receiver but once again Chris went out of his way to talk to Directv directly and resolve the billing issue. Rockstar has earned my business and respect.
