I found RushMyPrints out of desperation when I needed a banner produced for a client at a conference across the country in CA. A certain 3-lettered shipping company sat on our 2nd-day Air shipment for 6 days, so I needed a miracle. RushMyPrints produced and delivered a high-quality replacement banner to the event facility ON A SUNDAY. I'd give them 6 stars if I could. Highly recommend!

This would have been a 5 star review, but I haven't been able to get into contact with Jesse since the day of our event. We rush ordered big signs and flyers and they we delivered promptly the next day, looking exactly how we requested. I never received an itemized invoice or a draft to approve. We didn't receive the amount of large signs I had requested and I have been trying to contact them for almost 3 weeks now to get more details. I'm disappointed in the lack of detail and responsiveness.

edit: He sent me a link to write a review and receive an amazon giftcard. Now that I left this review a month later... because my dispute has not been dealt with, I've emailed multiple times, texted him (how hard is it to send an itemized invoice?), he is refusing to send me one. No deadline was mentioned. So apparently only good reviews will receive a gift card.

They have been really varied in complexity, and size and quality have been excellent. Even when there was a misunderstanding on one of the print jobs, Jesse reprinted and got a courier to get the order to me in time. Truly saved the day. I highly recommend it for any print job needed.
