Expensive and not worth it. A lot of fluff and no results! I hired Ryno to build me a website and help with the back end of my business and in a years time they have not driven so much as one customer to my business. No calls from their team for customer satisfaction. No assistance. Only a monthly bill that they made it very difficult to get out of. And when they agreed to remove services I asked to be removed It didn’t happen they just kept charging me. Also the website they build was basic and cost me over 10k.

My name is Brandon with Marr’s Heating & Air Conditioning. We signed onto Ryno with hesitancy late 2023 knowing we were needing help for digital presence but scared to bite the bullet on a hefty price tag. But we jumped in with two feet.

Want to firstly commend Ryno, you guys are awesome and sing high praises to you to other companies in our space when at conferences. The onboarding process was handled well which I think is one of the fears when transitioning from providers.

I want to of course mention Rich is the man. I have been in this position at other companies where I have been through multiple companies, account managers, digital agencies…. You name it. Rich is the guy I always wish I had. He wants to dive into the answers for us before we even pick up the phone. When we speak to him, he already knows trends that we have to either tweak, cancel or enhance to get closer to our company goals and I love that. Any other company I have ever worked with, people use to just send you the reports and no matter what the reports said as far as glaring problems, it was like they didn’t care or blatantly didn’t see the issues ie reports showing us that we were ranking 6-10 on multiple search categories without any mention of how to improve or what we needed to do. It used to drive us nuts. Rich is a breath of fresh air because he knows that I want his dedicated instincts and data driven advice to steam roll those problems which I hope Ryno commits to continuing: proactive adjustment on our behalf week over week. We already see the results when we do search tests. The additional layer that I love is his great communication and true effort to going through detail by detail to help us find blind spots. We have ambitions to grow and he feels like a trusted teammate who shares out goal.

Ryno has a great foundation. Guys like Rich Rondon only enhance that. Thrilled to have him as our dedicated Account Manager. Most certainly deserving of recognition and raise when the time comes.

Run! We spent Close to 200K With Ryno and the return on investment was abysmal. Don't fall for their sales pitch! We wasted 14 months of our companies time and money going no where. Since starting with our new agency we have already surpassed Ryno's numbers in 3 months and our spend is down.
