We had a great autumn experience at Scott's Orchard!

We started off by checking in and getting wrist bands and our apple bag. We got there early, so we had time to explore the farm store filled with foods from Scott's farm as well as many other home items.

Outside the store, they have a bounce pad (3 years and up), bubble wands, a large swing set, life size connect four, a sand area, and some wooden games.

When it was our time to get on the tractor pulled wagon, we enjoyed our 5 minute ride up the hill into the apple orchard. Because we went at the end of the season, there wasn't an abundance of apples available in the orchard, but we still managed to fill our bag and had a fun time looking for good apples on the trees.

We took the wagon ride back down the hill, enjoyed the bounce pad, and shopped in the store. We had a wonderful time, got lots of yummy treats, and made memories! We will definitely be back in the future!

Prices at the time we went:
Adult pass you pick: $5
Children under 5: Free
You pick peck: $14
1 gallon apple cider: $8
12 apple cider donuts: $12

Looking for a fun family outing? Scott's orchard is the perfect destination! We had a blast picking apples with the kids and enjoyed delicious treats like slushies and apple butter in their charming store. The orchard offers a variety of events throughout the year, so there's always something new to discover. If you're searching for a relaxing and enjoyable day out, I highly recommend visiting Scott's orchard.

I went on the last day of apple picking season! I brought my own bag and filled it with Pink Lady and Arkansas Black apples!

Great fall activity!
We came for the apples and stayed for the bounce pad. Kids had lots of fun picking, playing, and ending the day with a yummy treat from the store.

It was my first apple picking experience. Was surprised to see how many fermenting apples were on the ground around the trees. For little kids they do have a neat fun area. The store has apples to purchase as well yummy goodies. The mango slushy is superb! It lacked a personal touch to elevate the experience.

It hurts my heart to write this review, as Scott’s is such a huge part of our fall traditions. Customer service has always been horrible, even when it was literally just a place to buy apples without all the other stuff. So grouchy to people who are there to support your long-standing local family business! And now, with all that extra “stuff”, it seems they’re spreading themselves too thin. If you’re going to offer a product or service, make sure you excel at it first. I am so disappointed in so many of the products we purchased this year. The apple butter was terrible- tasted metallic and not at all like apples. Just sweet goo. Same for the peach butter. We bought fried pies- the chocolate one was pretty good, but the apple pies were completely raw inside. Not just gooey from the apple filling… totally raw dough. On that trip, my husband got his favorite- an apple cider slushie. He couldn’t even drink it. Also on that same trip we bought a whole apple pie, which I just pulled from the oven. The house smelled delicious and I couldn’t wait to finish supper to dig in. Took one bite and ran to spit it out. My body couldn’t physically swallow the bite it had so much cinnamon (and whatever other apple pie spices they use). And again, it had a metallic taste just like the apple butter. It seems all the apple products they offer are done very poorly. Even the 4 varieties of apples we bought that day largely went uneaten. They just weren’t good. Such a huge disappointment. We have had two very good experiences at the paint nights, so I hope at least that part continues to be worth the money. Otherwise, I can’t find a reason to come back ?

I go every year for the best apples, and the cider slushies are amazing.
The building is always clean, and the staff is always smiling and friendly.
There is a kids play area also, but we didn't use to being all adults on this day.

The juice is not worth the squeeze.

It seems like we just came at a bad time, but most of the apple trees looked barren as you went towards the back. We ended up purchasing a Peck. I'm from out west and normally you pay by the bushel or by weight. It was different and interesting having to pay to pick your own apples at the beginning.

The store was really cool. The hand pies, donuts, slushees, were all delicious. And there were of course lots of apples!

The apples did make good apple pies!
