No option for monthly auto payment and they very nastily call and threaten to disconnect services the same day if you forget to make monthly payment (last time my voicemail was full and I was working and unable to answer the call). Very rude and outrageous I will report to better business bureau

Prices are not affordable $60 a month is really pricey to take the sewage from my house and recycle it back to me thru the water company. My family has done everything from flushing our toilet once a day to doing laundry once a week and nothing has changed the price. The price of w sewage bill should be no more than $20. I've had it with this company. Almost worth crapping in a bucket!

the psd charges when not being used and all other utilities are shut off and should be illegal
