We are here to share our experience with this agency,
which unfortunately was not able to launch our business, apart from the management of ads on Facebook and Instagram which led to zero results, after that they did not propose strategies to us alternatives for our dark kitchen. Apart from putting the budget on Deliveroo and Uber Eats ads, but that's something we were already doing on our part.
So we found this agency lacking in ideas unfortunately.
And it was just a big waste of money.
To date, after this experience, I do not feel like recommending this agency.
Unfortunately, it is absolutely not true that we only gave the campaign 5 days and there are emails to prove this, but after two weeks we have not received any orders from this campaign. And they invented advertising on Deliveroo and Uber Eats, which I was already doing.
Basically we invested £300 in this agency and £500 in an advertising campaign, which brought us ZERO results.
Despite the fact that our reviews on Deliveroo, Uber eats and Google all have 5 stars because even though we are just starting out, we like the product.
I absolutely do not recommend this advertising company which for us was just a big waste of money. When at the time of first contact they had told us that they had worked with many dark kitchens and brought results. We specified that the results for us had to be immediate, and they told us that they had some experience in this. But it was all lies because the orders didn't arrive and we only lost money with them.
