My father lives in Key West and loves to get stuff from the Pacific Northwest. I ordered him a Father’s Day basket from Simply Northwest and he loved it! They were very helpful when I ordered online and had to change the address and followed up with me again before sending it. I will definitely be ordering from them again when purchasing local gifts to send to family and friends all around the country. The place was gorgeous and I loved it. The reason why I wouldn’t shop there would be you employee that worked on 9/12/24 at 9:51 am. Was very very disappointed with her customer service. She did ask me if she could help me. But she kept pushing and she was no where near being friendly. I was so excited with stuff that was in there and I let her know that it was such a cute store, no response. I also asked if she was the owner and she very sharply said no and was curt about and there was no further conversation not that I would have with her attitude. I can’t truly say if I wouldn’t shop there but I know I would definitely not shop there if she were around. I would really think about this because c/s is ver important. I will also being placing this in yelp. I really hope the owner will see this. Who you higher for c/s is important

Simply Northwest has come through for our company several times. Their online store is a good point of sale, but if you have any questions or special requests, do give them a call. They are courteous and kind, and I have always felt a lift after speaking with them. I'm grateful to them for their generous natures and cheerful conversation. And oh yeah, the product! The baskets I've sent and received are gorgeous and their food choices are wonderful.

Ordered 10 gift baskets for work and they were done literally the next day. This was the week before Christmas as well. Pick-up was a breeze and they had everything ready for us. The baskets came out great and were a great value. The store itself is also great for gifts and ended up purchasing gifts for my wife and daughter as well. Highly recommended!
