Came for a load showed up early. Old man wasn't done loading a preloaded trailer. So we said no problem and left. We came back at the appt time. The guy is still not done loading a preloaded trailer. If this was a live load, I would understand, but it's a preloaded trailer that has been in a door for over 5 plus hours now. Normally this type of thing would not bother me. But the fact you are eating up my clock and know it. And refuse to pay the detention pay for the inconvenience is inconsiderate and bad business. Sonoco Wood Products need to do better in plant 1 shipping

Hours are M-F 24hrs. My loads are D&H so I don’t have too many issues getting a load. Have overnight parking on the street (few spots). There’s a Loves about 3 miles south on I-65.

OTR: No O/N pkng. Not 24/7. Porta potty onsite. Paved driveway and dock area. LU/LL no issues. Plenty maneuvering space.
** If DP/HK, the area is dirt. When wet, possible getting stuck.
CAT Scale 4 miles away. Load out is Heavy.

R.A.C.I.S.T plain and simple. Take all day on the trucks, when you ask them questions about anything they give you the most vague response that could possibly say. I arrive almost 4 hrs before my appt with no trucks in the dock the guy told me to turn around. Ridiculous!!!! But I understand everyone is doesn’t have common sense or a purpose in life.Be mindful.

I would give 0 stars if I could. I got here to pick up a load at 7:15 pm last night, the driver in the dock said he waited 3 hours to get loaded then I get in the dock and it is now 7:26 a.m. and I’m still not loaded, that causes me to be late on drop off and miss money on another load. The rest of my thoughts on how they treat people of here I’ll keep to myself. They’ve taken other trucks and got them in and out with no issues at all. And I don’t understand why there was no argument or anything at all and I was polite

18 trucks in line waiting to get unloaded I finally get up to the stop sign get directed where to park and now waiting 45 minutes for someone to at least approach me this place sucks.....

I would not recommend coming to work they discriminate against people who has arthritis and walk slow I got hot one night and they sent me to there doctor there doctor said I can come back to work but they said no they also said they will pay me for lost work but now they refuse to pay me so if you have any health issues they will use that
