I cannot say enough good things! I submitted a service request online on a Sunday & was contacted the next day on Monday morning (quick!!!). Jake was very kind, understanding & handled all the repairs through our warranty company alleviating another stressful step in the repair process. Do not even buy a camper from here.
There service department doesn't know how to work on campers.
They were supposed to winterize my camper last year. Winterization was not done correctly. One of my elbows is broken do to freezing.
Now south lake rv will not stand behind there work.
It also took them more than 6 months to complete warranty work.

Bought an Ultra Light Rockwood this spring from South Lake.. very nice RV-fits our retirement needs. This is our 3rd RV and last. This was a great buying experience! Nick was one of the best sales reps I've dealt with. He did not pressure you and got you the right answer if he didn't know...followed up on every question and concern during buying process.
Service has been Outstanding. Had radio replaced today as it came in with an issue- South Lake sent a on site repair to install new radio! Nice job. I would highly recommend South Lake for your RV needs.

These people go the extra distance. I walk in and nothing is too much. I recently had my AC replaced and it was 2 days faster than quoted. They are very respectful and courteous and always ready to help!

Just want to say that the entire staff at Southlake RV were very friendly and great to work with. Are first travel trailer outing went and awesome and Southlake RV did all they could to help make that possible. Definitely going back in the future and recommending to friends and family. 🚙😄

We had issues with our lights and pulled in to see if they could help us troubleshoot the problem. They came out and put in new fuses and we were back in business..:we thought! My husband realized we had a wheel baring go out! The staff was friendly and helpful and ordered a barring and got us back on the road. We would highly recommend them for anyones camper needs. I had a water issue with the slide on my motorhome. I took it there to get an estimate. Dan and Nick were very knowledgeable and friendly. After dealing with some other rv repair places, that I was very unimpressed with, I was relieved to find a place that was willing to take on what is going to be a major job.
Job is now complete. The damage was worse than anticipated, but they got it done, and did an excellent job.
